Thank you for opening this page and taking action. It means a lot to me and the nation. It is important for individuals to express public support for the Alzheimer's Cause.
The death rates for significant diseases like Cancer and Heart are actually declining, where Alzheimer's is spiraling-up. The reason is pretty simple. The government invests billions/year in these other diseases through research at the National Institutes of Health and the investment is paying-off.
The Federal governement has not done the same with Alzheimer's disease. Your support helps the Alzheimer's Association reach our legislators in a meaningful way and demonstrate how an investment in research will change the course of Alzheimer's disease, before it bankrupts the health system.
